Ngozi Osuagwu
DNP, CRNP, PNP, FNP
Ngozi Osuagwu, DNP, CRNP, PNP, FNP is dual-certified Family and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She cares for individuals across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatric patients.
Dr. Osuagwu recognizes that compassion and understanding are just as important as clinical experience in building trust with patients. Over her 12 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, Dr. Osuagwu has especially enjoyed counselling and mentoring adolescent patients and precepting dozens of nurse practitioner students from surrounding universities.
Dr. Osuagwu earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Maryland Baltimore. She returned to earn her Master of Science as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2008 and Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Care in 2019.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Osuagwu serves as a professor in the doctoral program at the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Nursing.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and serving as a leader in women’s ministry at her church.
